Terms & Conditions for Cancellations

General Policy

  • All bookings are subject to Lux Trip’s cancellation terms as outlined below.
  • By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure are eligible for a credit only.
  • Credit will be issued in the form of a single-use coupon, valid for 30 days from the date of issue with Lux Trip.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, missed departures, or unforeseen events.
  • Only coupons will be provided for cancellations that meet the 24-hour notice requirement.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are considered non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
  • Failure to show up for your scheduled trip (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

Rescheduling

  • Passengers may request to reschedule their trip at least 24 hours in advance, subject to seat availability and approval.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the rare event Lux Trip cancels a trip due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, passengers will receive a coupon valid for 30 days or the option to transfer to an alternative trip (subject to availability).

Force Majeure

  • Lux Trip is not liable for cancellations caused by events outside of its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions. In such cases, coupons may be offered at the company’s sole discretion.
